Beautiful hand crafted Real Sterling Silver nose stud that I have taken Afghan inspiration to make. I have also put a faux Deep Red Garnet in the center. This is for a single nose stud. This nose ring has a 20g (.8mm) post and length of the post is 7mm of usable space. Overall nose stud length including the top portion design comes in right under 10mm.
