Silver Septum

The solid silver septum collection is made from real sterling silver.  They are 16g piercing size.  The ornate silver septums are a twist open and close type closure.  Ornate tribal silver septum rings have small hoop sizes to fit the piercing well.  These could also be used for helix piercings as well.  We have antiqued the sterling silver septum rings to show the detail work.
