Refund and Exchanges Info

Our aim is to make sure our piercing and jewelry customers like you are happy with each and every purchase.  Before each shipment, all orders are carefully checked by experienced staff so that only the correct and flawless products are shipped out to you.

However, if you do find something wrong with your shipment, like it was damaged or you received the wrong item, you may return any item within 14 days of delivery.

Note: Please do not simply send the item in question back to us, please kindly contact our customer support first via email.
