Product Questions:
Are tunnels, plugs and earrings always sold as pairs?
Answer:
Generally, most of our basic wood plugs and wood tunnels are sold in pairs. This is also the same for our brass plugs and brass tunnels. Some of our more ornate carved wooden gauges are sold in singles or pairs with your choice of quantity making the difference if a pair is needed. Our brass ear weights are sold in singles. Our smaller brass body jewelry are also sold in pairs. Titles of each of our listings will say Single or Pair to make it easy to understand. If the listing is for a Pair then you will receive 2 pieces. If it states Single then you will receive 1 piece but to receive a pair you can then enter a 2 in the quantity to add to your cart.
Do you take orders for custom body jewelry?
Answer: Not right now.
Unfortunately we do not offer any custom body jewelry at this time.
Are all of your suppliers Eco Friendly
Answer: Yes
We work with a great supplier in Bali, Indonesia and they only use sustainable woods to make the organic wood plugs, wood tunnels and all of the other organic wood body jewelry. I have visited the factory on several occasions to make sure things are up to the standards that we need them to be.
Ordering Questions:
Is there a minimum quantity or a minimum value for orders?
Answer: No
We at Overgauged do not have a minimum order amount. So you can choose anything you would like and any amount is your choosing.
Will I get a discount for large orders?
Answer: Contact us directly and we can discuss terms
Do you offer free samples?
Answer: No
We do not offer any samples.
Do you offer free shipping?
Answer: Yes
We do offer free shipping on any order over 20.00 (this is limited to domestic US customers only).
I have paid for an order but did not receive a confirmation e-mail. What went wrong?
For each body jewelry order placed we send a confirmation e-mail that is automatically sent to the address you registered with. If you did not receive our confirmation e-mail, it could have ended up in your spam folder. If you've checked your spam folder and have not found it, please get in touch with our support team at : nine25ag@yahoo.com
Payments:
What kind of payments do you accept?
Answer:
We accept Paypal payments for all credit card orders. We also accept US Postal Money Orders at this time.
Can I pay via Personal Check?
Answer: No
We do not accept personal checks but we do accept Money Orders and several online payment methods.
Do I have to be at home when my shipment is delivered?
Answer : No
We ship via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation so the post office will deliver the parcel to your mail box without a signature required.
Will I have to pay import duty charges on my order?
We ship out of Utah, USA so any international orders will be subject to the import duties of the receiving country’s laws and will be the responsibility of the receiver.
Shipping:
How long will it take you at Overgauged to ship out my order?
Answer:
We ship out daily so orders are generally sent out the day after payments are received. Only day we do not ship out on is Saturday.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Answer:
That will depend on where you are residing. Our US domestic customers will receive orders in about 3-6 days after the payment is received. International orders will take about 2-3 weeks on average. Some locations will need additional time and others will receive it earlier. Tracking numbers will be available in the shipment confirmation email.

We do not take phone calls but we will always be available to email you back about any questions or queries.
I have a problem with my order. What do I do now?
Answer:
If there are any issues with your order please email us about the issue in a timely manner. We will work hard to make sure that are happy with your purchase.
