Beautiful tribal antiqued silver brass Faux Septum ring, aka (Fake or Cheater septum ring) with bezel set abalone shell inlay. There is a single round piece of abalone shell that is in the center of the septum ring. Afghan inspired design with beautiful and simple round dots and wire work.
