Beautiful antiqued tribal Sterling Silver septum ring with spiral accents. A very ornate silver septum ring with great filigree swirl designs. Small and petite to be that extra special statement piece.  Simple to insert septum ring by twisting the ring outwards then insert and twist it back in line. This could also be used as a small silver earring as well.
