Beautiful tribal antiqued Sterling Silver septum ring. This silver septum ring also has a small 2mm synthetic amethyst stone (light purple) set in it. A very ornate piece with great mixture of different size dots. Small and petite to be that extra special statement piece. Simple to insert this septum ring by twisting the ring outwards then insert and twist it back in line. This could also be used as a small silver earring as well.
